At Peppermayo, we want you to love your new outfit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, and still have all Peppermayo tags attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal hub.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team processes your return, you will receive an email confirmation with your store credit code or refund details within 5-7 business days.
